Mark Hinckley Willes, 62, Riverwoods Ward, Provo Utah Edgemont North Stake; distinguished professor of business at Brigham Young University and former CEO, chairman and president of Times Mirror Corp.; earned Ph.D. in economics from Columbia Graduate School of Business and an A.B. in statistics from Columbia College; born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Joseph and Ruth Hinckley Simmons. Married Laura Fayone Bingham; five children. She earned bachelor's degree in American Studies from University of Minnesota; born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Everett and Lucile Gumm Bingham. |
