2015: I'm eight years married with 3 busy little boys. I figured out how to make túró from scratch the other day and the palacsinták were AMAZING! I think about Hungary often and wish I'd done more to keep in touch. On occasion I'll dream in Hungarian (my Hungarian while I sleep is far better than my Hungarian while I'm awake!). I miss kolbász, sűti, and túrós palacsinták with vanilla pudding, all the fruit juice boxes, and igazi paprikás csirke. |
