Serving this mission has been the hardest yet the most rewarding thing that Heavenly Father could have ever asked me to do. I have grown more than I can even explain. I love being a member...and though times are tough as a RM, I know that Heavenly Father has provided a way. Being a disciple of Christ is the greatest honor and privledge any of us could have. He suffered more than any of us could ever understand so that we wouldn't have to and so that we could be healed by his redeeming blood. Some of the most powerful words that I have been impacted by are said in Mosiah and Isaiah, "... with his stripes we are healed." Just as in the time of Moses and the surpents...for those that looked to the staff and lived, we too may cast our eyes upon the Savior to be healed and live...regardless of the number of serpents and the number of bites they have taken. He has come to earth to atone and He will come again. This I am most grateful for in my life! |
