Dear Friends of Aubrey:
I know that many of you are aware of the tragic car accident that took our dear Aubrey's life. I am writing this with a heavy heart for those who may not know. Aubrey was doing what she loved the most, serving the youth of her ward. On the way home from a Youth Conference in Moab, Utah, she was involved in a head on collision with a motorcyclist. Aubrey died instantly. She had 6 youth in her car with her. Two of the girls were life flighted to the University Hospital in Salt Lake where they both passed away. The other four have sustained injuries but are expected to fully recover in time.
I have attached the obituary that was published in Today's Salt Lake Tribune. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2003 at 11:00 am at the Hunter West Stake Center, 7035 West 3605 South in West Valley City, Utah. There will be a visitation on Friday night from 6-8 pm at the same location.
My family and I are appreciative of all the support and love that has been shown to our family at this time. We would like to ask all of you, when you have some time, please put down any stories or experiences that you had with Aubrey that you can share with us. You can either mail them to:
Richard or Pam Dillenbeck
7061 W. Cimmarron Drive
West Valley City, UT 84128
or you can email them to me at:

Again, thank you for your support and love. Aubrey touched many lives and will be missed by all who were aquainted with her.
Love,
Stephanie (Dillenbeck) Burton

"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lords work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
