Up coming Indonesian visitors to BYU. All are open to the public and free of charge 1. October 3rd. Ridwan Lubis (Head of Research on Religious Harmony at the Department of Religious Affairs and Rector at the Islamic University in Lampung) and Maruli Hasoloan (Department of Labor which issues permits for missionary visas) will speak in a panel discussion with a delegate from India on the general topic of religious freedom. The panel discussion is from 1:30-3:00 in the BYU law school. 2. October 10th 11:00 AM. Forum in the Marriott Center. Alwi Shihab—Former Foreign Minister of Indonesia, Coordinator of Aceh Relief, a good friend of the LDS Church. 3. October 12th. 12:00 Noon in 238 HRCB. Kennedy Center Lecture. Sudjadnon Parnohadiningrat, newly installed Indonesian Ambassador to the U.S. |
