Haven't updated the profile in a while.
Things are well for me and my family here in Vermilion. My wife Kathy and I have four kids, two boys (Bray (5) and Eli (3) and two girls (Sydney (6) and Ava (2 mos.). That tends to dominate most of my non-work time. They are a busy group of young people. Outside of work and family I try and sneak in some road cycling to stay fit.
In terms of work, I'm teaching college at a small two-year school and have really been enjoying that. I think it's a really good fit for me and foresee my staying here for a while.
The town we live in is great - really small and perfect for a young family. We have a fairly small branch here as well. There are about 30-35 people at sacrament meeting each week, quite different than what my wife and I grew up with in southern Alberta. It's great though - very much living in the mission field.
I haven't been much of an active poster here and have been terrible at staying in touch with everyone -- but I do check the site regularly and enjoy seeing and hearing about what everyone's been up to. I still think back to our time in mission the field together all the time. Those are some of the fondest memories and experiences.
