Mostly I served in northern Italy, and I was the district leader in Padova Nov 1967 to Jan 1968.
My companions were Elder Maudsley, Yves Jean, Brent Bentley, Paul Rose, Scott Alvord, Steven Davenport, Thomas A. DeMarco, Dennis Carter, David Rohde, Marty Camberlango, David Vezzani, David Atencio, Courtney DeSpain, and Michael Hess.
I have seven children. The sixth child enters BYU this fall.
I earned a BS and MS in mathematics from BYU. I spent two years at U. of U., and then several years at U. of Arizona to get a Masters in electrical engineering, and finally a Ph.D. in optical sciences. I've been working for the DoD since 1975. |

LDS QUOTE: |
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord’s work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
