Companions

18 Companions In 24 Months...too Many To Mention In This Little Space. My Ltm Dode Was Dave Erickson, My First In Karatsu Was Jared Stucki, My Last Senior Was Strong, And My Last Was Harker. I Also Had One Nihonjin, Mitsuya Choro, Who Taught Me Japanese In Exchange For My Teaching Him How To Burp. I Think I Got The Best Part Of That Deal. In Addition, I Partnered With Stevenson Choro On A Couple Of Junkai'S Who Is Now A Ga. I Appreciate All Of Them Who Put Up With Me And Helped My Mission Experience Become One Of My Most Fond Memories.

Other Comments

I still have fond memories of the time spent in Japan. Whenever occasion permits, I keep in touch with people who made my mission a success. Feel free to contact me if you remember me and we can catch up on the times we had together. Right now I am married with 6 children ranging from 28-3 yrs. old. I have a son who served in Mexico and a daughter in Tulsa Oklahoma. As of yet, none of my children are married, but one has plans for January in the new Draper Temple. I have spent the last 20 years working for UTA which job I took on initially to pay some bills until I found a better one which fit my Business Degree. I learned that sometimes you find your profession and sometimes your profession finds you. I suppose I could have gone out and worked again in the Business World, but now sitting in an office somewhere after doing what I do, would be like a prison for me. I have worked at jobs in the Computer, Helicopter and Aviation industries, but found that for me, there are more important things in life than just money. Having a loving family and the time to devote them and to things that really matter in life means so much more. I recently submitted a post mission story which I hope you will check out. It helped me and my testimony to grow and perhaps it will help you as well.
