Met Chieko Sato from Hiroshima at Utah State University and we were married in 1975. Graduated from BYU in justice administration with an MA in Teaching English as a Second Language. Worked in Tokyo as a copywriter at an ad agency for four years and returned to Utah to work for Novell in marketing for 10 years. Recently started a marketing communications company. We have three children. Our oldest daughter, Jamie, is married and attending USU with her husband, Brian, who served in Japan.
