Details of August 9 Kobe Mission Reunion

Dear Missionaries,

We are looking forward to this coming Saturday, August 9, at Sugarhouse Park 
in Salt Lake City. As mentioned earlier, we will gather at 10:30 am. Bring 
your own picnic lunch and plan to stay until 2:00 pm. We will provide drinks 
and watermelon. There is plenty of place to play volleyball, frisbie, sit and 
talk, and whatever else seems fun. So bring any equipment you like. 

The exact instructions are as follows:

For those in Salt Lake City: The park entrance is just east of 1300 East on 
2100 South. Follow the signs to the Northwest Terrace, a covered pavilion. 
There is ample parking.

For those coming from outside SLC: Take I-15 to I-80 eastbound and exit at 
1300 East. Turn left on 1300 East and then right on 2100 South. This will be 
the second stoplight. Follow the instructions above. 

We would like to get a rough count of those coming so we can have enough 
drinks and watermelon. So, please let us know you are coming give us a count 
of how many will be in your group, including children. 

If you would also call 2-3 other missionaries you know and check to see if 
they know about the reunion and are coming, we will be grateful.

We think this will be a wonderful time for us all. We want to take pictures 
of as many of you as we can, so we can keep our mission memories book up to 
date.
