Jim Dillon Just a shot of the "substitute" drummers during the neighborhood Obon Festival which, I believe, is in August every year. This might have been up on the Shunkodai hill (NW Asahikawa Dai Ichi ward). In reality, we were dang lucky to be invited up on stage and wear their garb and get some pics.
