SKIRTS CONDUCIVE FOR BIKE RIDING 05 Apr 2005
Now that is a sarcastic remark on my part. Of course, it is better to ride a bike in a skirt than to climb in one. I say this because one day in Obihiro, my companion and I were leaving the church building. We went to where our bikes should have been. We thought it was stolen...AGAIN! Fortunately, we were looking for them from the wrong perspective. We both stand around 5'7" and should have been looking UP for them. Some prank playing Elders thought it was Funny to tie them up above our heads onto the lightpole outside the church. It really was a good joke until my dode and I had to figure out which one of us would have to climb up to retrieve them. I still say that skirt-pants are the way to go for any shimai serving in Sapporo. Not just for better biking, but for any other emergency situations.
