When I returned home as Fujikawa Shimai, my RM dumped me. Later I met & married a great guy who wasn't LDS. Now a bishop for five years, my husband Tim and I recently saw our only son leave for the mission field. He is serving in the Arizona Tempe Mission. We also have two beautiful daughters. After being a stay-at-home mom for many years, I went back to school and earned a B.A. in English. A work in progress, I would love to hear from the Chooros and Shimais I had the privilege of serving with 25 years ago. |
