Comments:
It is amazing that after twenty- five years I still think about Korea almost every day. Now my oldest child, a daughter, just left on a mission to Florida, Ft. Lauderdale mission. In the past 25 years I graduated from BYU, worked for a pharmaceutical company, married (my husband Andrew, a high school teacher, from Page, Arizona who served his mission in Equador,) had seven children and served as president of ward Primary, Young Women, Relief Society, and for the last five and a half years I've served as stake Primary President in the San Bernardino, California Stake. I have enjoyed hearing from Sister Emily Raty Stewart, Sister Katie McKanlis Forbes, and Sister Sherrie Frazier, who remain very dear to my heart. About three years ago I had the great opportunity to entertain one of the sons of our dear President Pak in my home with his lovely family. It was a joyful moment to be reconnected with the Pak family I love so well. I have lost touch with the wonderful friends and companions of Korea and hope to hear what has happened to them.
