| We got permission one P-Day to take the train out to the beach in Daech'un from our home in Onyang, conditioned of course on our not going into the water. While there we picked up shells, played frisbee, ate mounds of junk food, and took pictures, but "religiously" stayed away from the water. As proof, my companion even took a picture of me standing right at the water's edge, but still "obediently" dry. Only after we got home and had the pictures developed did we notice that way off in the distance in the background of that particular picture was our District Leader, waist deep in the water and still headed out to sea, chasing after a lost frisbeee. | |
