| Nebeker and I stayed up almost all night one night trying to figure out the perfect combination of air, water and shaving cream to put into a balloon so that it would have the greatest effect when it blew up. At one point, a little "puff" of an explosion came out of the bathroom, followed by a long, high pitched scream of "Eureka!!!!!" Neb had found the secret recipe. Next, we carefully put another balloon into a small shoe-box, put thumb-tacks around the top edge of the shoe box and tied a string from the ballon to the top of the shoe box. We wrapped it all up--and mailed it to the sister missionaries in Chonan, who got a big surprise when they opened up our gift three days later. | |
