Comentários: Elder Scott loves the people in the Baltic Mission. He often spoke about the mission having four main languages (Lithuania, Latvian, Estonian, and Russian). He was a Russian-speaking missionary. He served mostly under the direction of President Watterson but President Dance was his mission president when he returned. Elder Scott loved working with the mission presidents and the missionaries. It was a challenging mission but he gained a very strong testimony of the Gospel.
