Visit back to Lithuania 04 Apr 2006
Hello to those of you who visit this website. I served from 98-2000 and I'm taking my wife to visit the beautiful Batlic States at the end of May. I'm looking for an apartment in Kaunas to rent for 1 week and also would love to get my hands on those tourist pamphlets, Kaunas in your pocket and Klaipeda in your pocket. Any advice or help? It is very much appreciated.

My email is willardson55@hotmail.com

Information 25 May 2005
Greetings all. I soon will be entering the MTC and would like to know any information about the baltics, what to expect when I get there, what type of food, clothing, transportation, what would be best to bring, what I can and can't buy there, and etc. Any info would be appreciated.

For those of you who served in Latvia, you will be interested to know that the Senkans family will be in attendance at the upcoming mission reunion. It will be wonderful to see this lovely family again.

Russkoe Radio 01 Feb 2005
For all of those interested, here's a pretty good link to Russkoe Radio that you can listen to online - brings back many pleasant memories of driving in the marsutkas in Riga!

Contacting the Lunds 19 Nov 2004
Hello, this is Steffanie (once known fondly as "Maasa Mona") and I'm getting married December 18th. I'm looking for some way to contact President and Sister Lund, as I'd like to at least send them an invitation. If anyone can help, please let me know!

Concerned family 07 Nov 2004
I received the following email today. If anyone has any information (maybe the mission office takes an occasional peak at the website?), please contact me, and I will forward on your response. Thank you.

Elder Stanley & Sister Nancy Manning from Provo, Utah (my Dad & step-Mom)
left the MTC on October 25th (of 2004.)
No one in the Family has recieved any word from them yet (email or
otherwise) and we are a just a teeny bit concerned. We realize that it has
only been 2 weeks, but we thought we would at least hear that they had
arrived safetly.
Has anyone out there heard anything of them or met them? They were
supposed to be going to Latvia under Pres. & Sister Barr.
Please email!
Thank You!
Wendi

LDS QUOTE:
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord’s work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
