So tonight I was a bit restless thinking about the mission, my service and how much I would like to contact some of my old friends, missionaries and converts. So at 2:45 in the morning (Since Natalies almost 7 months pregnant that usually means snack time) I got out of bed and googled LDS Guadalajara Mission. This was the first hit. I was so excited. It was an answer to a late evening early morning prayer.
Right now I am serving as Assistant Scout master and teaching the ten and eleven year old boys in primary. I am attending ASU for a degree in construction management and have my first child (a boy) on the way.
I would like to say that the Lord answers prayers. Even those of a missionary who wonders about his service 5 years ago. I have especially placed in my heart this evening those I served with in
Colima. Elder Varela, Sisters Castillo and Cueva, Emanuel, my district leaders and so on. If any of you have contacts let me know. I'll search the page too and check on my own.
I would like to say a special thank you to everyone who had a part of my life during the mission. There is a special place in my heart that are the roots of a people and life I loved. To all those who know me (companions, leaders, converts, members, families and friends) I love you.
