I have had a rough time since my mission. First, I had a third deadly ulcer after the mission, and had an experimental surgury to control it without major body damage. Was a leading interpreter for the 1991 Itn'l Spec Olympics at the time. My step-dad suggested I attend M.I.T. as I have a natural talent for the digital - I chose an LDS school as I didn't know what M.I.T. was yet - how naive! I had opportunites to work for Novell and Microsoft, but declined - Dohh! Subcontracted to represent Macintosh directly under Apple Corporation and broke my ankle, disqualifying me... I didn't understand how to pick a wife, so I chose poorly - twice. Started three consecutive businesses. The second biz was successful, but my first wife destroyed it. I became a freelancer, traversing several digi-projects - Several Internet related. Was a Corporate CTO in 2001. Am now VP of technology at 3 startup offices, as well as tech-manager for an ATM (cash machine) vendor. I've decided to resume college again... God Bless? |
