I'm married with Five children, 3 sons and 2 daughters. I served on active duty in the US air Force from April 1998 to March of 2006. I was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan). While I was in the USAF I finished an AS in Police Sciences (Criminal Justice) and a BA in Psychology. Now I'm in the AF Reserve and deployed again to Kirkuk Iraq. I interact with the Iraqi people daily and I am growing to love them the way I do the people of the MJM. It's a harsh reality to face war but it has so many hidden rewards when faced with the spirit. I am greatful to be one of the select few preisthood holders to be in the land of Abraham and so many other great prophets. I hope one day soon these people will experience to joys of the gospel.
I reap the blessings of serving a mission every day. My life was saved in the service of the Lord. Now I strive to keep the faith. As with a mission, some things are hard, some are, near impossible, and so many things are incredible and rewarding. I know my Savior lives and is mindful of my family and me. I pray the Lord continues to bless and keep you all. |
