Well, I've lived in the area for almost 7 years now (it'll be that long as of May 2002). I lived in Poplar Bluff from May 1993 to April 1994 and from May 1996 to August 2000 and in Columbia (although I occasionally came down to Poplar Bluff) since August 2000. I currently attend school at MU - I'll be graduating with a BA in computer science in May 2003. (If you're wondering why the 1994-1996 gap, I was serving a mission in upstate New York!) I run the New York Utica mission website as well as helping out the LDSMN administration team - which is how I noticed this site is here. I'm currently one of the Family History unit consultants for Columbia University Ward. If you know my family (Dennis and Beth Whalen) I can put you in touch with them - they moved out of the country in December 2001. |
