Death of Elder David Ralston Hogge 26 Apr 2010
For anyone who remembers serving with Elder Hogge, his obituary reads as follows:

DAVID RALSTON HOGGE
AUGUST 20, 1964—MARCH 21, 2010

David Ralston Hogge, age 45, son of Ralston and Joan Hogge, passed away in St. George, Utah on March 21, 2010 of natural causes.
David was born August 20, 1964 in Logan, Utah. He graduated from Orem High School in 1982 then served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the St. Louis Missouri mission. Upon his return he attended the University of Nevada at Las Vegas and earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics with a master’s degree in Health Physics.
David has worked in the Environmental Health and Safety field with an emphasis in Radiation Technology. In addition to his profession, his love was teaching Astronomy at UNLV. David also enjoyed golf, mountain biking, snow and waterskiing.
David married Jineena Pence in the Mount Timpanogas Temple on June 16, 2000. They have been blessed with three beautiful children: Garrett Ralston, age 7; Hailey Lynn Marie, age 6; and Allyssa Denise Faung, age 16 months.
Nothing brought David more happiness than spending time with his wife and his children. They were the joy of his life and he of theirs. He will be greatly missed and always lovingly remembered.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 27, 2010, at the West Valley 3rd LDS Ward, 3963 South Peachwood Drive (3450), West Valley City, UT. A viewing will be held from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will immediately follow at the Riverton City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to David Hogge’s Kids at any Wells Fargo Branch.
