My mission is in my thoughts every day. So those thoughts include those I served with and around. The examples they were and continue to be are a permanent part of who I am and want to be. Yes I am still growing up. Probably because I went from being single to instant mom (step mom) with 5 step kids and within 11 years of marriage now have 6 grand kids. I never made the transition to actual parent so that keeps me a part of the kid group at family gatherings. But I love being a grandma! The oldest and his family live in Palmer Alaska, the oldest daughter and her family live in Stafford Virginia, the next daughter and her family are in Preston ID which is only 15 min. north of us. The other two are in Hyrum UT. |
