As the ideas involved in the pyramid developed, they were extended. The picture to the left is known as the "Inverted Pyramid of Success". It was designed to show that more is required to achieve true success. Beyond the attributes like hard work and obedience, there are spiritual principles which extend a missionary's ability to baptize. We tried to become like Nephi, or the Sons of Mosiah. "...led by the spirit not knowing before hand that which we should do..."
Seeking the Spirit like this allowed us to reach new heights in New York. When our vision was increased, we were able to use the Spirit to become the highest baptizing mission in North America for July 1996, with 306 Baptisms.

The logo above is the finished product of our experimentation. The new pyramid of success is shown in the foreground, reflecting the attributes we learned in the mission field. All of which were on the base "For His Glory", meant to constantly remind us that our focus should not be on our own desires but on the focus of our Heavenly Father, and His goals... "...to bring to pas the immortality and eternal life of man..."
