Adam Clark Mackay, 24, Richfield, passed away June 20, 2003 in Richfield, after a lifelong battle with cystic fibrosis. Adam was born March 24, 1979 in Salt Lake City, Ut a son of Bryan Clark and Sharon Thiede Mackay. He is an Eagle Scout and served an LDS mission to Cincinnati, Oh. He married Jennifer Husbands Aug 5, 2000. Their love for each other was sealed for eternity June 14, 2003 in the Manti Temple. He was a pharmacy technician and was employed with McKesson, LDS Hospital. |
