After returning home, I worked as a carpenter but frequently was laid off due to no or little work. I went to Utah State Univerty in 1984 and graduated with a B.S. in forestry. I worked several years with the U.S. Forest Service along the wasatch front and in the Uinta Mts. as a forest Ranger. I married my sweatheart (Merianne Wilkey Marble) for time and eternity in the Slat Lake Temple on Aug. 25, 1990. I obtained employment at Utah State Parks as a park ranger in July 1991 to Dec. 2001. I sought other employment in 2001 as a police officer at Utah Valley State College where I retired after 21 years of public safety work as a certified peace officer. After retiring, I went back to school where I graduated with a B.S. in horticulture. I now own and operate my own company called Trees Unlimited. I have 3 children, 2 boys and a girl ages 19, 17, and 13. My oldest boy (Andy) is serving a mission in Phoenix Arizona. My wife is also a returned missionary where she too served in Arizona. The Timpe Arizona Mission. Since being home, I have served the lord in primary, sunday school, the elders quorum presidency, and the high priests group leadership. I love the lord and the gospel.
