Life is good. I have been married for 12 years in the SLC temple and have three children. I work as an engineer for a pharmaceutical company in Cincinnati. The church is very important for me and my family. My testimony of the gospel was solidified in Peru and continues to grow stronger. Even though life has not always been easy, I'm thankful to have the Spirit as a companion. One of the last thing Elder Aguayo told me was to continue to have spiritual experiences that were greater from year to year. He said it was sad for him to talk to missionaries that said the mission was the most spiritual time of their life. He wanted to hear that today was the most spiritual time of our life and that we were continuing to progress towards eternal life. I love Peru and the wonderful Peruvians. My memories are very fond of the mission and time tends to erase the lowlights and only the highlights remain. Exito hermanos y hermanas! |
