Here is the long version…
Children:
At the beginning of 2004, Melissa and I were very happy to announce the adoption of our very precious and sweet girl, Madeline. Madeline entered our family through the wonderful process of adoption. We feel very privileged and blessed to be able to spend our life together with her as our daughter. She has been a very sweet blessing in our life.
Then in 2006, life around our household became even busier. It is still hard to believe, but our family grew by four feet in 2006. Yes, that’s right; we proudly announced the arrival of our twin boys, Tegan and Caden. We were very excited and shocked at the same time to find out we were having twins. We always knew we wanted to have at least one more child, but having twins was a surprise to us.
Profession:
I am a manager at Agilent Technologies. I have been working with Hewlett Packard/Agilent Technologies since 1997. I manage four teams at Agilent (Lightwave team, Telecommunications team, WireScope team, and Oscilloscope/Logic Analyzer team). I have really enjoyed working at Agilent Technologies over the years. My job allows me and my family to enjoy a balanced life style.
Melissa is a Registered Nurse at Kaiser Hospital. She has been working at Kaiser since 1998. She works in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and is actively involved in teaching and training of other nurses. She has a passion for nursing and caring for others. It truly shows through the outstanding job she does at the hospital. She has been working part-time (approximately 20 hours a week) since we started our family. Our work hours compliment one another and allow one of us to always be at home to raise our children. |
