im emmylou from manila university ward, a mother of 3 kids.
my eldest is elymei, 12 el cid, 7 and elyzia, 4. i was converted last jan.28,2006 with E. Brice Y. Roby. Me and my mother is only the member. My mother took a very hard time for me before i was converted.We always argue especially when she joined the church but now i understand her more and we became more closer than before. I now understand why she must go to the temple, why she pay tithing, why she fast, why she wear garments and many questions in my mind that has been answered when i become a member.I am serving as ward missionary in our church and if ever i have time i go with the missionaries in discussions with the investigator. We are really so blessed in this church.Heavenly Father really loves us. We have priesthood, temples, ordinances, living prophet and leaders of the church.I am thankful to be a member of latter--day saints! |
