Hello, hello. Long time no see for most of you I'm sure. I'm doing great living life here in Salt Lake City. I'm done with school, getting a bachelors degree from the University of Utah in vocal performance (opera) where I sang lead roles in Mozart's "Magic Flute" (Sarastro), Puccini's "Gianni Schicchi" (Simone), and Offenbach's "Orpheus in the Underworld" (Jupiter). Recently I reprised my role of Sarastro for the first-ever production of the Utah Light Opera Company. I will be singing again with ULO in August 2005 in their production of Gilbert and Suvillan's "Gondoliers" singing the role of the Duke. I still am active in other choral activities including membership in the Cathedral of the Madeleine Choir in Salt Lake City and with the Utah Chamber Artists. With the Cathedral Choir I have toured through Italy (2003) and recently in Germany and Austria (2005). Aside from all this I work as the Director of Operations for the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Valley, where I have been employed for nearly 6 years now. |
