I finally finished my PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Miami School of Medicine. I have accepted a position as a chemistry professor at the United States Naval Academy. This year was very busy with a move to Annapolis, MD, which is about 25 miles east of Washington, DC. We're excited about the new challenge and even more excited to finally have a paycheck. I am still active in triathlons/running. Michael Jr. is 10 now, is an avid reader, and loves webelos. Michael has found a new sport in which he excels - rock climbing. We've had fun times together at the climbing gymn. Chase is 8 and in 2nd grade. He was so happy to get baptized. He is a great soccer player, loves skateboarding, and is a video game genius. Michael and Chase are great friends who are often mistaken for twins. Our little angel Cameron is now 4 and as sweet as ever. She is attending preschool this year, which gives Tracy some much appreciated alone time. She also just learned to ride a two wheeler without training wheels. Cameron is daddy's little girl. I am working in the stake now, which is a nice change of pace from nearly 4 years in the bishopric. My wife is currently serving as primary music leader and loves the children. The Lord has blessed us. We are happy and grateful for all that we have. I would love to hear from you. |
