I didn't have to wait to be 100 to return to Taiwan! In August 2001, My brother, Robert Richins (Also a former Taiwan Missionary), his wife, my husband and I spent a week there on the way to getting our missionary son in Japan. Wu (Li) Hsueh Li took us down the island as far as Chia Yi. What a wonderful experience!
I have one son graduating in April from BYU: Spencer, (23) studying computer science, a daughter, Christina (21) who is about half-way through her time in the Texas McAllen Mission. Our boy, Matthew(19) who loves to sing opera and plays guitar is on his mission in Ireland, and Elizabeth (16) who plays piano and keeps us laughing is here at home. My husband travels to Russia often, so I suspect I'd better start learning Russian in preparation for a mission there!
