Michael Lee Burk, 47, of Pleasant Grove, was killed along with two other men, in a plane crash on April 17, 2003, near the Provo Airport. Mike was the son of Arch and Peggy Burk, and Richard and Jeanette Alexander, all of Fresno, CA.
He is survived by his two children: Amanda & Chris Burk, Pleasant Grove; his parents; two sisters: Kathy Burk, Fresno, CA, and Diane Cox, Redlands, CA.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2003, at 1 p.m. in the Grove Creek Fourth Ward Chapel, 942 N. 500 East, Pleasant Grove. Friends may call Monday evening, from 6-8 p.m., at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 S. 300 East, Pleasant Grove; and on Tuesday, at the church, one hour prior to services.
Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery.
