News Item: St. Francis school, historic LTM facility, soon to be demolished.

St. Francis was home to many of us during the mid 70's, and served as a kind of overflow LTM facility. It was home to missionaries bound for various countries around the world. Many of us remember with fondness the times spent there living and learning our new languages and cultures.
Over the years, it has changed hands various times, and most recently has been home to the Meridian School in Provo.
In living right across the street from the good old place, I am recently aware thru neighborhood meetings and announcements that it's days are indeed numbered. There have been neighborhood meetings regarding construction of an apartiment complex on the site, etc.
I encourage anyone with a fondness in their hearts for the historic old place to go by and visit while they still can. Bring your families, be sure to ask and sign in at the front desk, and walk those historic halls while you still can. St. Francis is located on the corner of 900 East and 300 North in Provo.
