I married Mike Schooff in 1987 in the Seattle temple. Lucky for me, he likes Thai food! I got my BS in microbiology from BYU just in time to begin parenthood. We have 4 children: Matthew (13), Stephanie (11), Brian (7), and Jenna (4). I'm a stay-at-home mom (although it seems I'm rarely at home!) I'm currently Relief Society president; Mike is 1st counselor in the stake presidency. He's also associate director of a family practice residency program. I like to garden (but I'm probably the only person who can't grow corn in Nebraska!) We've been blessed this last year with the opening of the Winter Quarters Temple, just 20 minutes away! |
