The following was taken from an e-mail from President Chidester:
I did a complete mission tour the week before last where I interviewed all missionaries serving in the interior. I also met with four stake presidents, conducted a number of member / investigator interviews, and held three firesides. It was an exhausting but rewarding week. Last week was our change week where we received 18 "oros" (10 from the U.S., six from Chile, and two from Guatemala). We said goodbye to "fieles" Hermanas Erices, Balza, Alfonso, and Elders Guerra, Socorro, Dominguez, Hastings, Burningham, Gomez (Chileno), Cahoon, Erickson, Pelegrina, Zevallos, and Alavarez. Hermanas Black and Sorenson are staying through this week to help with the temple open house and then their parents will arrive to take them home.
