Seth left the MTC on November 8, 2006 to go to the mission field in Salt Lake City South. This is special to the family since this is where his father joined the church in January 1975. At that time he was baptized in the Murray 20th Ward, which is now called the Hillcrest Ward. Perhaps there will be members in the mission that may know his Dad.

Seth went to his first area in Sandy, UT as soon as he got to the mission. His first area covers two stakes, the Sandy Crescent Park Stake and the Draper Crescent View Stake. His first companion/trainer was Elder Johnson, from Medford, Oregon.

Seth became a co-Senior Companion on Feb. 5, 2007 with his new companion, Elder Langford from Sacramento, CA. He has been out for 21 months. This companionship is fun to look at. I will try to upload a photo of the two of them.

Nov 17, 2007: Seth is now in W. Jordan. A couple of days before his hump day he was moved to the Spanish speaking portion of the mission. Having never really studied Spanish, this has served as a challenge, but he is tackling it with Mucho Gusto!!

Prior to this, he was in the Crescent View area for nearly 10 months.
