Currently, we live in Logan where I am going to school for my Master's Degree in Accounting and Taya gets to spend her time raising little Kayla. Kayla is beginning to crawl around the apartment quite a bit.
While I was on my way to class one morning, I saw a good friend from the mission. His name is John Avila. He used to live in the Monroe ward in the Snohomish Zone. He is not a member, so Elders Natress, Kielbasa and Butler and I were all trying to start teaching him. He never accepted our invitations to teach him even though he goes to church with his family all the time.
I have had a chance to talk with him a little. He is going to school here at Utah State. He has moved his family from Washington and they currently live in Logan right across from the temple. I don't know if he has been baptized yet, but I am sure that I will see him again and find out. |
