The journey has been the best of times and the worst of times.
After several years of inactivity I am grateful to be actively involved in the Gospel Plan. My wife Cathie and I have been Sealed in the Las Vegas Temple and we're both very involved in the Cimarron Ward in NW Las Vegas.
Last year I visited my daughter who is going to Nursing School and lives in Seattle. I drove by many cities I served in and it brought back good memories of companions, baptizing, and rain.
Cathie and I enjoy traveling and have been across the country, including a Church History Tour a year ago to Nauvoo, Far West, Carthage Independance, Winter Quarters. Liberty, Council Bluffs, Adam on Diamon,and many stops along the Mormon Trail . It was an awesome and inspiring vacation. |
