William Jared Grow 02 Apr 2008
Calvin K.Grow sent the following comments: William Jared Grow went home to his Heavenly Father on March 27, 2008. He fought ill health from birth but he accepted his infirmities with good cheer and always fought the good fight. He was in better health than he had been in years when he was struck down by a truck. Jared was born October 22, 1959 in Hampton, Virginia. He is a life long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and proudly served a 2-year mission in Washington Spokane 79-80. He worked for Lowe’s in Spartanburg, South Carolina until poor health forced his retirement in 2005. He had been residing with his parents in Gloucester, Virginia for the past 2 years. Jared was a gentle soul who loved his family and always stayed very close to them. He was quick with a laugh and a smile and loved to tease his dad.

Jared is survived by his father and step-mother, Richard and Gail Grow, his mother Arlene Hubbard Stubbs, his sister, Teresa Grow Valfre and her husband Ernie, his sister, Lisa Davenport, his brother Calvin Grow and his wife Lynn, and numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
