How to Retrieve Your Password
If you have a working e-mail address in your profile, you can do the following:
The system will automatically generate a new password and send it to the e-mail address in your profile.
- Go to your profile.
- Click on the "Edit Profile" link.
- Click the "Forgot Password" link.
- Click "Yes" at the prompt.
If you don't have a working e-mail address in your profile, you can use the form below. Password requests may require up to 3 business days for a response. If you have not received it in that time, please double-check your spam/junk mail folder to make sure it didn't wind up there.
