We welcomed our new boy on August 30, 2008. He already weighs 16 lbs. I've got him drinking a lot of protein shakes!! Anyway, he is finally starting to sleep at night which is nice. Our family feels a little more complete now that he's here. My girls, Sarah 5, and Abby 2 1/2 are growing fast. They love their brother.
We've lived in Northwest Arkansas for a year now and we are really enjoying it. I am still a personal trainer and I am training in people's homes. I am also a fulltime student. Hoping to get in with a collegiate football team in the future as a strength coach after some more school.
