I met Stewart Goesch, an RM from Uruguay, and we were married in the Manti Temple 2 March 1978. After completion of his Master's Degree, we were off to Berlin, Germany for three years where he began his career as an Army Officer. We have been fortunate to live in several places throughout the world and have enjoyed our travels immensely. My husband finished up his military career serving the last several years, first on the Staff of the Joint Chiefs in the Pentagon and then as Commander of the CRC at Fort Benning, GA, and finally as the Chief of Staff of the Reserve Forces Policy Board in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. He is now a private contracter for the Government, still working in and around Washington, D.C. and the Pentagon. I have served by his side and midst all of our travels, we have been blessed with 4 children. The eldest, Seraph, is ready to graduate BYU and is happily married. The second, Gordon, is currently serving a mission in Kobe, Japan. The third, Bergen, has just begun her studies at BYU in Musical Theatre. Our last, Greta, is a sophomore in High School and anixous to get her Driver Permit. Our lives have been blessed by the Gospel. Currently, Stewart is serving as Bishop in our ward in Virginia and I am the Chorister in Primary. |
