I returned home from the Great ASNM on June 21st 2001. It is so hard for me to put into words what I have experienced the last eighteen months of my life. I have experienced a feeling of complete joy, and sorrow. I am so thankful for my testimony that has been strengthened as I have been in the service of my Heavenly Father. I have felt the healing power of my Savior, and feel his love for me everyday. I am nervous to get back into "normal life" again. Luckily I have a wonderful family who is helping me along the way. I will always remember the things I learned on my mission and apply them into my life as a RM. I start school at Weber St. this Fall and I am working. No church callings yet but I am speaking in church meetings all around my stake. I love my mission with all of my heart and even though I don't wear a badge anymore, I know the blessings still apply to me. Also I don't need a badge to share my testimony with anyone. |
