Comments: I married "Elder" Ryan Ashby in 1999, he asked me out after seeing me at a mission reunion. He had such a hard time going out with a sister missionary that he didn't ask me out again for a year and a half. We were engaged three weeks later, married two months later, had our first daughter Carmen McKenna nine months later and finished our first home 10 months later! I worked as a nurse for one year and now stay at home with my little girl. We are very happy, enjoying life and the gospel is a big part of it.
