Life has been great since the mission. I graduated from BYU in accounting in April of '04 and from the University of Utah School of Law in '07. Shortly after law school graduation I was married in the Bountiful Temple to my wife Heidi. We just had our first baby, Aubrey Lee Treu. Family life is wonderful, although not very conducive to sleep. We just bought our first home in Centerville, UT.
I worked for Deloitte & Touche in SLC as a tax associate during my third year of lawschool which allowed me to complete the minimum hours requirement for CPA certification in Utah. I recently accepted a job with the lawfirm Snow, Christensen & Martineau, which is also in Salt Lake City. I primarily work as a transactional business attorney doing contracts, setting up businesses and commercial litigation. I also do a significant amount of tax law, trusts and estate planning. So far, I've loved almost every minute of it.
I'm still very active in the church and I'm keeping busy with my callings in the Elders Quorum Presidency. My wife was just called into the Primary Presidency so I now get to hang out with our little daughter throughout our church meetings. I love it! Anyway, life's great, feel free to drop me a line.
