Graduated BYU '87; Law school '90; Associate @ Paul, Hastings in L.A. '90-'91; Political Appointee in Adminstration of G.H.W. Bush 91-'94, asked to stay on by W.J. Clinton '95-/96 in D.C.; Associate @ Vorys, Sater '96-'04 in Columbus, Ohio; FedEx in-house trial lawyer in Memphis, TN and currently managing director of litigation for FedEx in Irvine, CA, '04-present.
