We just adopted a 3 year old boy. We are foster parents and have had this little guy since he was 5 weeks old, and after three years, we just found out that the adoption is OFFICIAL!!!! YIPPEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!! He is our pride and joy. I would love to hear from anyone that served from 1992-1993. My name then was Billie Jean Burd. Hope to hear from you soon.
