Sarah and I moved with our three kids (Hannah, 7; Samuel, 5; and Joshua, 0.9) to Huntsville a couple of years ago. I finally finished my doctorate in electrical engineering last fall and have a fun job where I get to play with stuff in the lab.
Sarah and I play clarinet and bassoon with the community band and stake orchestra. At home I play guitar and sing to provide the background track for my kids bouncing off of the furniture.
My Spanish is atrophying, I'm afraid. Every time I find an opportunityto speak it seems like my vocab has shrunk to half its previous size. |
